All package rates are based on single or double occupancy. Maximum of four persons to a room. There shall be no additional room charge for children 17 years and under. All rates are subject to 7.25% transient accommodations tax and 4.712% state general excise tax, total 11.962% (effective July 1, 2009, taxes will be 12.962%.)
Specials and packages are not combinable with any other offers or promotions.
2009 VALID DATES: Packages are effective from December 21, 2008 through December 27, 2009. Subject to availabiltiy.
DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposit or credit card guarantee is due 14 days after confirmation. Full refund if cancellation received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Special policies will apply for Christmas/New Year's.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
Guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the Hotel, and guest check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure from the Hotel.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
December 28th through January 2nd
Any cancellations received within the 30 days prior to arrival and no-shows will be assessed a three night’s room and General Excise Tax charge.
January 3rd through December 27th
Any cancellations received within the 3 days prior to arrival and no-shows will be assessed a one night’s stay room and General Excise Tax charge.
